Do I have to be home while my boat is detailed?
As long as we have access to your boat and any necessary specialty instructions, no you don’t have to be! If you don’t plan on anyone being home, please convey that to our staff with any special notes about your boat.
How long will the boat detail take?
It various on the size and condition of the boat, but in general the detail will be completed in around 2 hours.
What about the exterior of my boat?
We will detail everything that you see when you’re in your boat. Since we specialize in dockside services (so your boat doesn’t have to be transported anywhere), we don’t offer exterior pressure or acid washes at this time. We are looking to expand into this service in the near future! If you store your boat at a marina over winter, chances are they will have a service available to do an exterior wash before you take it out of storage.
Will you be able to get the black stains out of my seats?
We’ll absolutely do our best! We use a cleaning solution that is specifically formlated to dissolve mildew. In 95% of cases, that does the trick!
What boat cleaning products do you use?
We use the highest quality and highest rated cleaning and conditioning products from “Boat Bling” along with other natural and biodegradeable products such as vinegar and Mrs. Meyers. In the case of seats that have a significant amount of mildew, we use a buffered bleach solution that is vinyl-safe.
